    Most businesses already have processes. They’re just happening through emails, sticky notes, spreadsheets, Teams messages, or “the way we’ve always done it.” Part of my job is helping organize those moving pieces into something easier to manage.

  • No. The goal is to reduce repetitive busywork so people can spend more time on the parts of their job that actually require a human brain.

  • Yes. The goal is to build solutions inside your Microsoft 365 environment so your business keeps ownership and access to everything.

  • Sometimes, yes, depending on the project.

    For example, I may need temporary access to things like SharePoint sites, spreadsheets, forms, or existing workflows so I can understand how your current process works and build the right solution.

    I understand businesses are trusting me with internal information, and I take that seriously. I’m happy to sign an NDA if needed, and I always aim to work with only the access necessary for the project.

  • You won’t be left with a mystery system nobody understands.

    At the end of the project, you’ll receive documentation explaining how the solution works, how to maintain it, and how to make basic updates if needed. The goal is to leave your business with something useful, understandable, and manageable, not something you’re permanently dependent on me to operate.
